TWC provides specialist permanent Facilities Management, IT and HR staff to the private and public sector. It is our intention to provide our clients with an exceptional calibre of permanent candidates and in return provide our candidates with the highest level and widest choice of opportunities available.

We provide specialist recruitment services across permanent, contingency, managed services and campaign-based recruitment. When dealing with a new client, we will appoint a management consultant to analyse their requirement before advising on which approach to adopt. This will be flexible and adapt over time in line with the client’s recruitment requirements, combining ongoing contingency methods with campaign recruitment when necessary.
